About the Role

岗位职责：

1、制定新机构团险渠道的竞赛方案，并负责组织实施，追踪效果;

2、制定新机构培训和客户活动的企划方案，负责活动物料设计、制作，追踪活动组织实施效果;

3、负责新机构团转个业务的推动工作，包括但不限于业务推动、KPI追踪，确保年度指标达成;

4、协助督导新机构业务完成情况，汇总编制各项报表，定期完成业务经营分析报告。

任职要求：

1、大学本科或以上学历;

2、5年以上个险或团险市场企划及相关工作经验，有团险职域开拓经验者优先;

3、熟练使用MS-Office软件;

4、客户导向，有较强的团队协作、沟通协调能力、表达能力;

5、良好的解决问题能力。
