About the Role
岗位：高级专员，渠道业务拓展岗主要职责：
根据分公司银保业务整体发展策略，协助开展日常销售活动管理，并关注渠道运营成本，促进销售目标与经营指标的合规、高效达成;
开展银行日常对接与支持工作，立足分公司银保业务整体规划以及渠道属地化需求，在分公司细化规则与框架指导下，策划、组织并落实各类业务推动活动，与银行建立有助业务提升的共享平台;
落实业务激励方案，对银保销售团队开展业务指导，进行有效的活动量管理，及时各类处理业务问题，在确保合规前提下，推动业务有效健康成长;
开展日常团队文化建设工作，增加凝聚力，提高人员稳定性;
主管指派的其他工作。
任职基本要求：
大学本科以上学历;
5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上中外资商业银行管理工作经验，或3年以上大型寿险公司银保管理工作经验;
熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度，了解行业规则;
具备一定的领导能力，能有效地进行团队管理;
沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳;
思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。
