About the Role
岗位：助理，新人发展岗主要职责：
- 推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成;
- 新人销售及客户经营平台运作;
- 实施组织新人培训;
- 维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广;
- 督导新人经委会验收和赋能;
- 实施新人相关内勤导师&外勤讲师培养;
- 合规相关：清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求，及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险;
- 为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。
任职基本要求：
- 大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先;
- 助理级别要求2年以上行业工作经验; 专员级别要求3年以上行业工作经验，2年以上新人培育经验; 高级专员级别要求5年以上行业工作经验，2年以上新人培育经验;
- 具备寿险业务培训经验;
- 一定的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力;
- 基础英文读写能力;
- 熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORDPPTEXCEL等Office软件。
