About the Role
The intern will support assigned departmental and cross-functional initiatives by assisting with operational activities, project coordination, research, data analysis, process improvement, and administrative tasks, while gaining practical exposure to business operations and developing professional workplace competencies.- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and user requirements.
- Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Participate in UI/UX reviews and recommend improvements based on user needs and business requirements.
- Assist in testing, issue tracking, debugging coordination, and defect management.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product reviews.
