Missions

  • Produire et maintenir des RFC / ADR conçus pour être compris, maintenus et exploités par des équipes augmentées par l'IA.
  • Concevoir et faire évoluer des services backend critiques (Scala / Python principalement) et structurer des API REST / GraphQL complexes.
  • Animer des rituels réguliers, le partage de veille, retours d'expérience, ateliers techniques, et contribuer à l'évaluation, l'onboarding et la progression des ingénieurs.
