岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责备件后端研发工作，包括需求沟通，及功能设计与开发等;

2、和产品、测试、运营进行密切沟通，能够根据需求提出合理技术方案;

3、负责服务端的架构设计和开发、维护和升级;

4、参与老项目梳理和改造;

5、技术预研和技术难点攻关，保障系统性能、可用性、扩展性、伸缩性、安全性

任职要求 / Requirements

1，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有7年以上后端开发经验;

2，有AI实际应用经验，包括AICoding、AIOPS、AI工作提效等;

3、具备扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用的算法、数据结构、设计模式的应用，熟悉Spring-Boot、Dubbo、MyBatis等常用框架原理，对Redis、RocketMQ、MySQL等常用中间件有丰富使用经验;

4，参与过高并发或高可用系统设计与开发，能够从架构和细节分析解决系统问题和瓶颈;

5，深刻理解企业应用设计模式，有大型分布式系统设计开发经验，有架构经验，有领域驱动经验;

6，有强烈的上进心，团队沟通协作能力出色;

7，有AI应用经验者优先，有AICoding背景下复杂系统设计或重构经验者优先，有高可用性、高扩展性系统维护和升级经验者优先。
