岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、持续探索用户短剧消费的各类行为特征，聚焦高价值用户群体，从拉新、承接、拉活等各个角度分析用户行为和策略效果，支撑短剧独立App快速增长;

2、运用严谨的统计科学方法，包括A/B实验、因果推断、回归分析等，评估各项策略效果，为短剧业务快速决策提供量化的依据;

3、深入理解短剧业务，利用数据挖掘形成分析洞察，探索潜在优化方向及业务达成的最大杠杆，为业务决策提供策略依据;

4、构建短剧内容质量评估体系，根据站内外的信息挖掘高潜力的短剧线索，为内容运营团队提供策略指导;

5、持续探索和归纳数据分析方法论，沉淀可复用的分析框架和工具。将数据分析能力产品化，为业务团队提供更高效、便捷的数据服务。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、有数据科学相关工作经验，熟悉内容相关产品者优先;

2、能发掘业务细节和数据之间的联系，能通过数据对业务进行抽象量化和量化推断;

3、精通SQL，熟练掌握Python/R等数据分析工具，具备优秀的可视化能力。熟悉常用机器学习算法原理，了解因果推断、AB实验等方法;

4、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题分析和解决能力，以及良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力。
