This role bridges presales and delivery. From discovery and architecture to commercial decision-making and go-live, you create the foundation for successful programmes, win client trust and help transform complex requirements into scalable customer experience platforms.
Your contribution: You develop end-to-end architectures, shape winning solutions, secure new business and bring future-ready customer experience platforms to life.
Your tasks
- Translation of business, customer and technical requirements into scalable MarTech and customer data architectures
- Design of end-to-end customer lifecycle solutions across CDP, CRM, marketing automation, consent, identity, analytics and omnichannel activation
- Development of MVP strategies, transformation roadmaps and realistic estimates covering effort, resources, budget and risk
- Ownership of presales activities including RFPs, scoping, solution proposals, demos, proofs of concept and technical consulting
- Assurance of architecture quality, security, scalability and business value throughout delivery up to go-live
- Enablement of clients and teams through expert guidance, knowledge sharing and best-practice consulting
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, MarTech consulting, CDP, CRM or marketing automation, preferably within consulting, system integration or MarTech environments
- Deep expertise in at least one leading customer data or marketing platform such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud, Twilio Segment, Braze, Emarsys or SAP Marketing Cloud alongside the ability to transfer architectural best practices across technologies
- Proven track record in presales, including RFPs, scoping, effort estimation, proposal development, technical presentations, proofs of concept and statements of work
- Strong expertise in data, integration and solution architecture including APIs, data models, event taxonomies, ETL/ELT, event streaming and reverse ETL with the ability to design scalable future-ready platforms
- Sound understanding of GDPR, consent management, PII, identity resolution and data governance and their application within secure and sustainable solution architectures
- Confident communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience guiding technical teams and consulting clients, with fluent German and English (at least C1)
