SAP FIN FI Consultant-Japanese Bilingual @ IBM Philippines

This role is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP FIN FI solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and be trusted business advice with deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Focuses on understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilizes business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations.

Primary goals include:

* Strategic Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.

* Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy and / or solution development and solution implementation, leveraging knowledge of this area and working with the latest technologies.

Working Hours

Typical working hours are from 7:00 to 16:00, but may vary depending on the client.

Job Requirements

Required skills:

- 4-6 years of experience in SAP FIN FI (Financial Accounting) as functional consultant

- Proficient in both English and Japanese Language - reading, writing, speaking, listening.

JLPT N1-N5 certification is highly preferred

- Must be willing to work on Client Dictated shifts (day shift, mid shift, night shift)

- Willing to work in Quezon City or Cebu City with hybrid (at least 3x a week on site) arrangement.
