Проект представляет собой масштабное перепроектирование (реинжиниринг) корпоративной системы управления идентификацией и доступом (IAM / RBAC) ФНС России.

Цель проекта - создать : отказоустойчивую, масштабируемую микросервисную платформу, которая станет единым и безопасным центром управления правами доступа для сотен прикладных подсистем ФНС.

Обязанности:

- Разработка сервиса с упором на производительность, отказоустойчивость, масштабируемость

- Участие в создании и поддержке стандартов используемых компонент

- Участие в проектировании

- Внедрение новых технологий и методов поддержки/улучшения компонентов

- Участие в обсуждении принимаемых архитектурных решениях

Требования:

- Отличное знание и практический опыт Java (21+)

- Core (Concurrency, Collections, Stream API)

- Spring (Boot, Data, Cloud, AOP, Security)

- Опыт работы с брокерами сообщений: Kafka, ActiveMQ

- Проектирование и разработка REST API

- Опыт работы с SQL/noSQL базами данных, знание теоретических основ проектирования, оптимизации запросов

- Умение и желание писать юнит и интеграционные тесты (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers)

- Опыт профилирования приложений и работы с системами мониторинга Prometheus, Grafana
