Senior Mechatronics Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, where you will lead the design, development, integration, and validation of advanced mechatronic systems. You will drive strategic R&D initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of integrated mechanical, electrical, and control systems, with 7+ years of experience in mechatronics, robotics, or automation.

Missions

• Lead the research, architecture, design, and development of advanced mechatronic systems and subsystems.
• Drive strategic R&D initiatives aligned with long-term technology roadmaps and business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Profil recherché

- Strong understanding of integrated mechanical, electrical, and control systems

- Experience with CAD software, system modeling, simulation, and rapid prototyping tools

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related engineering discipline preferred; equivalent extensive hands-on industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree for candidates who demonstrate the ability to meet all other technical and professional requirements

- 7+ years of experience in mechatronics, robotics, automation, or advanced electromechanical system development

- Proficiency in embedded systems, sensors, actuators, motor controls, and industrial communication protocols

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from concept through validation

- Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or LabVIEW

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
