Seras encargado de Lograr 100% de la continuidad cubriendo vacaciones,incapacidades,proyectos,renovaciones tecnológicas y brindar asistencia y soporte con el propósito de habilitar los servicios tecnológicos para los usuarios durante ausencia de los ingenieros en sitio.

Lugar de trabajo: Presencial enalgunas plantas deQuerétaro y algunos alrededores.

Horario: Lunes a viernes 8:00am a 5:00pm y sabados ocasional en caso necesario de cubrir algun ing.

Disponibilidad para viajar: Si, algunos estados fuera de querétaro

Requirements

  • Licenciatura / Ingenieria en sistemas computacionales o a fín.
  • Experiencia de 1 año en puesto similar.
  • Contar conauto propio INDISPENSABLE.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Disponibilidad para cubrir vacaciones,incapacidades etc.
  • Actitud de servicio al cliente
  • Muy responsable
  • Honesto
  • Organizado

Conocimientos Indispensables:

-Cargar una imagen

-Cambio de disco duro

-Formatear un equipo

-Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

-Conocimiento en Redes (Ponchar, verificar fallas en *cableado, utilización de herramientas de redes).

-Manejo de Microsoft Office, Windows

-Actitud de servicio con calidez

-Comunicación efectiva

-Mostrar interés, pro- actividad, liderazgo y compromiso

-Trabajo en Equipo

Principales Actividades:

-Cubrir vacaciones o incapacidades de ingenieros de sitio

-Apoyar a ingenieros de sitio en sus actividades

-Reinstalación de sistema operativo

-Respaldo de información

-Instalación software

-Soporte a usuarios presencial y remoto

-Configuración & diagnóstico de impresoras

-Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

-Diagnóstico de nodos (Utilización de generador de tonos)

-Diagnóstico y cambio de hardware
