As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and drive the technical direction of our projects. Your experience and expertise will be vital in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and Develop: Architect, design, and implement high-performance Java/Go-based backend services and applications.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.
Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Java/Golang development, and continuously improve our development processes.

Requirements:

4+ years of backend engineering experience.
Currently hands-on with coding and architecture.
Proven experience leading technical initiatives without moving away from development.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Java/Go, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and/or Golang.
Microservices Architecture and REST API Development.
Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture.
Kafka / Messaging Platforms.
SQL and NoSQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization.
CI/CD Pipelines, Git, DevOps Automation.
System Design, Scalability, and Performance Engineering.
API Security, OAuth, JWT, Authentication, and Authorization.
