Missions
- Guiding the development and deployment of mission-critical projects, creating and executing processes to streamline workflows.
- Collaborating extensively with various departments to ensure that high-priority projects produce industry-transforming results.
- Capturing and prioritizing backlog of business goals and associated projects, creating and tracking schedules for deliverables.

- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Regulation NMS is a plus
- Agile project management experience
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to data, information retention, and technology infrastructure management
- Experience with Atlassian toolset (such as JIRA, Confluence and Atlassian Roadmaps) preferred
- Ability to multi-task various projects within targeted timelines
- 7+ years’ experience in project management role, having broker-dealer, financial vendor, or experience working at an exchange is a plus
