The role follows a hybrid work model, based in Polanco, Mexico City, and San Martín Obispo, Estado de México, with 1-2 days per week on-site and the remaining days working remotely, Monday through Friday. Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance
- Oversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Goods Issue (GI)
- Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams
- Investigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution to support business continuity
- Generate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-making
- Support logistics and operational cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoring
- Manage audit activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory controls, and company requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience working with SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution processes
- Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and inventory data
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processes
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
