Off-Page SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Specialist to improve our website's authority, organic rankings, and online visibility through high-quality link-building and digital PR strategies. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of On-Page SEO and technical SEO best practices to ensure SEO efforts align with overall website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Off-Page SEO

• Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
• Acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, digital PR, and partnerships.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify new link opportunities.
• Monitor backlink profile and remove/disavow toxic backlinks when necessary.
• Build relationships with bloggers, publishers, influencers, and industry websites.
• Increase brand mentions across authoritative websites.
• Track referral traffic and backlink performance.
• Perform local citation building and directory submissions (where applicable).
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and link-building best practices.

On-Page SEO Knowledge

• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
• Perform keyword research and keyword mapping.
• Improve internal linking structure.
• Optimize content based on search intent.
• Ensure proper image optimization (alt text, file names, compression).
• Identify duplicate content and indexing issues.
• Work with content writers to optimize blog posts and landing pages.
• Understand schema markup implementation.
• Have basic knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of SEO experience.
• Strong expertise in Off-Page SEO and link building.
• Good understanding of On-Page SEO.
• Experience with:
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Screaming Frog
• Majestic (preferred)
• Knowledge of Google algorithm updates.
• Excellent outreach and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of AI-powered search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and SEO trends.
