Senior Business Development Manager - International Federations & Associations

Role Summary

• Lead international business development for RDX Sports across MMA and combat sports ecosystems.
• Build and manage relationships with international MMA federations, governing bodies, sports associations, leagues, promotions, clubs, and sporting organizations.
• Identify and develop strategic B2B partnerships for RDX Sports across international markets.
• Develop opportunities for official partnerships, sponsorships, equipment supply, federation/association partnerships and long-term commercial agreements.
• Represent RDX Sports in international combat-sports networks, events, conferences and industry forums.
• Build a strong pipeline of international federation and association accounts.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including Federation Presidents, General Secretaries, CEOs, Directors, Commercial Heads and Procurement/Partnership leaders.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions from initial outreach through contract closure.
• Develop country/region-wise business development strategies for MMA and combat sports markets.
• Identify opportunities to position RDX Sports equipment and products with federations, associations, clubs, gyms and professional athletes.
• Develop strategic partnerships that increase RDX Sports’ international brand presence and commercial reach.
• Research international MMA/combat-sports markets, upcoming events, federations, associations and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing international partners and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Senior Management to develop customized partnership proposals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, partnership decks, pricing structures and business cases for prospective partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8-12+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Commercial Development.
• Strong experience working with sports federations, associations, governing bodies, leagues, clubs or sporting organizations.
• Direct exposure to MMA, combat sports, boxing, martial arts or the broader sports industry strongly preferred.
• Proven experience developing international B2B partnerships.
• Existing network across international sports organizations will be a strong advantage.
• Experience negotiating high-value commercial partnerships and long-term agreements.
• Strong understanding of sponsorships, sports partnerships and B2B commercial models.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable dealing with C-level and senior sports-industry stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of generating and closing business.
