岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、配合销售拜访客户，推介技术、产品及方案;

2、为客户提供机器人应用技术支持，沟通并解决客户遇到的技术问题;

3、了解客户现场工况、客户的需求点，与产品经理沟通并制定可行方案;

4、搜集客户反馈，协助研发工程师改进产品;

5、为客户提供现场维修和升级服务。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 电子工程，微电子，计算机科，自动化等专业本科毕业;

2. 售前，售后，FAE，售后维护等相关经验3年以上;

3. 汽车维修相关经验优先;

4.了解电气基本知识及电机驱动控制原理;

5. 熟悉Linux平台经验优先; 有机器人领域，如ROS的工作经验者优先;

6. 可以接受短期频繁出差;

7. 工作认真细致，责任心强，有耐压性，具有良好的沟通技巧和解决问题的能力。
