We are looking for a talented Banking Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, related to end-to-end IT business analysis of loans management area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including features, enhancements, and defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing clarifications and supporting delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Support effort estimation, scope definition, and release planning activities.
• Validate delivered functionalities and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or any related field.
• 0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in IT post-graduation.
• 0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in business analysis tools, modeling tools, and project methodologies.
• 0-3 years of experience for novice profiles in the Banking Industry.
• Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
