About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing structure and clarity to delivery while maintaining the speed and flexibility needed in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage multiple priorities, support effective Agile practices, and use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility, alignment, and successful delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and oversee the full product delivery lifecycle from ideation through to release and post-launch optimisation.
• Collaborate with the Founders, Business Analyst, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and priorities.
• Manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and practices.
• Facilitate and optimise Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure predictable and sustainable sprint delivery through effective capacity planning and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define, track, and analyse key delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, lead time, burn-down/burn-up charts).
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide transparent and regular reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Facilitate decision-making by providing data, insights, and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate retrospectives to reflect on the team’s processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Regularly run demos to showcase the team’s progress and results to Founders, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Must-Have Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Agile Delivery, or similar roles within technology or product environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks, with expertise in sprint planning, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of complex products or platforms.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, and other business functions.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers in a fast-paced environment while keeping teams focused on agreed outcomes.
• Experience defining and using delivery metrics, including velocity, cycle time, lead time, and burn-down/burn-up, to improve delivery performance and predictability.
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, including delivery tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience working in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
• English at B2+ level, sufficient for written documentation and effective day-to-day communication with teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working in a LegalTech, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple engineering teams or product streams.

How We Work

• We work in Scrum, with several development teams working on the same platform.
• All requirements are documented in Confluence, and all work items are tracked in Jira.
• Requirements are reviewed before refinement, so the development team receives requirements that are already complete and translates them into technical solutions to shape the development plan.
• The BA stays with the feature from the first analysis until release and is the person the team asks when behaviour is unclear.
• We use AI tools in our own daily work, and we build AI functionality into the product.

• You have a clear understanding of our teams, products, delivery processes, and key dependencies.
• You are confidently managing delivery across multiple teams and workstreams, keeping priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies visible.
• Delivery blockers and risks are identified early, communicated clearly, and actively resolved.
• Teams have clear, practical delivery processes that improve predictability without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Stakeholders have clear visibility into delivery progress, priorities, and potential risks.
• You have identified opportunities to improve our delivery processes and have already started implementing meaningful improvements.
