Chief of Staff, CCO

About The Role

Immutable is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Commercial Officer, driving commercial growth and deepening our customer relationships. You will be the CCO's force multiplier and thought partner in shaping commercial strategy, running our operating rhythms, and turning priorities into coordinated execution across the full GTM motion. You'll use AI daily to build tooling and create leverage across the commercial org, driving cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Group teams. You will own end-to-end problem-solving on what matters most for Commercial, accelerating opportunities and enabling the team to move with speed and focus.

You'd Be Empowered To

• Translate Commercial strategy and priorities into executed programs across the full commercial funnel
• Support deals working alongside Sales and Customer Growth
• Own commercial problem-solving end to end including across pricing, upsell and expansion motion, renewals and churn risk
• Shape enablement and tooling from what's working in the field to make Sales and CG more effective
• Run the commercial operating cadence and communications: goal setting and OKRs, commercialisation forums, contribution to town halls and other key rhythms
• Lead board materials, pitch decks and preparation of other materials as required
• Partner with GTM Ops on data integrity, reporting, analytics and forecasting, and align incentive design to strategy
• Act as the CCO's connective tissue to Group functions and execute core activities including legal reviews and compliance, finance forecasting, and people and headcount planning
• Assist in the planning and execution of key conferences and events that maximise meeting quality and conversion

We'd Love You To Bring

• 3-5+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy with a strong promotion cadence
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving where you take an ambiguous problem from first principles to a clear plan, then drive it through execution
• Commercial fluency and judgement with a track record working with commercial teams on projects across pricing, sales motions, upsell and expansion, and churn risk
• Strong data, analytics and forecasting skills, turning them into narrative that drives alignment and sharper decisions toward our growth goals
• Daily fluency with AI where you build tooling and create leverage to sharpen analysis, elevate decisions and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
• A high-ownership, bias-to-action instinct and genuine customer obsession where you bring solutions and follow through with measurable commercial impact.

• Time spent operating in-house at a startup or scale-up in addition to a top-tier consulting background
