The impact that you will be making

The role would require you to architect and scale sophisticated enterprise SaaS products, lead frontend engineering teams, and drive UI/UX innovations that transform complex multi-agent AI workflows into intuitive user experiences.

What lands you in this role

• Deep mastery of React.js and modern frontend architectures; proven ability to 'think in React' and design scalable UI systems
• 8 - 12 years of experience in frontend JavaScript/TypeScript development, with at least 5 years specializing in React and modern state management
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and driving technical excellence across engineering teams
• Extensive experience architecting data-heavy UI ecosystems, leveraging virtualization, complex datagrids, advanced charting, and handling real-time, large-scale datasets
• Strong expertise in web performance engineering: Core Web Vitals optimization, bundle size optimization, rendering pipeline efficiency, memory management, and large dataset handling
• Deep understanding of frontend security best practices, including mitigating XSS/CSRF, implementing strict Content Security Policy (CSP), and enterprise authentication/authorization (OAuth/SAML/JWT)
• Hands-on commitment to web Accessibility (WCAG standards, ARIA) and Observability (frontend telemetry, error tracking, and performance monitoring)
• Sound knowledge of modern engineering processes including Micro-frontends/Monorepos, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Jest/Cypress/Playwright), and web performance optimization
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
