Introduction

The role combines ISO and process management, CEO support, calendar coordination, team accountability, training, HR and general operations. The aim is to keep the business organised, ensure our systems are maintained and make sure responsibilities and deadlines are followed through.

I am looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership, managing their workload independently and communicating when something needs attention.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The ideal candidate has their matric and has the following work experience:

  • > 3 years in operations management
  • > 2 years in manufacturing environment
  • Interest in HR
