- Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications.
- Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance.
- Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer.
- Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features.
- Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria.

1. At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally customer facing).
