Senior Implementation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for customers across India and international markets. The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, project teams, and business users to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and go-live of ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilisation.
• Conduct business process assessments and recommend best-practice ERP workflows.
• Prepare implementation plans, project schedules, resource plans, and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and management throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Configure and implement ERP modules based on customer business requirements.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct user training, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Monitor project risks, identify issues, and drive resolution plans.
• Ensure implementation documentation, process documents, and project artefacts are maintained.
• Support customers during UAT, cutover activities, and production go-live.
• Work closely with finance, operations, procurement, inventory, and business teams.
• Travel extensively for customer engagements within India and internationally.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Experience working with ERP product companies.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end customer implementations.
• Hands-on experience driving customer go-live activities across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Domain Expertise:

• Experience in Real Estate ERP solutions is highly preferred.
• Candidates with ERP implementation experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Hospitality, Construction, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Finance-related business processes will also be considered.

Finance and Accounting Expertise:

• The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and should have successfully led customers through implementation and go-live of finance-related ERP modules.

Technical Skills:

• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to understand reports, data structures, and business data validation.
• Exposure to reporting tools and ERP databases is an advantage.

Travel Requirements:

• This role requires flexibility to travel within India and internationally.
• Assignments may range from 3 to 6 months depending on project requirements and customer engagements.
