About Inallmedia.com
Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.
Project Overview
You will join a global leader in talent acquisition, recruitment technology, and employment matching platforms. This initiative supports distributed product teams based in Tokyo and Hyderabad, reporting directly to a Tokyo-based UX Director. Your primary focus will be creating intuitive, scalable interaction models for complex, multi-step platform workflows. The ultimate goal is to deliver engineering-ready, accessible, and coherent experiences that seamlessly streamline interactions for both enterprise administrators/employers and end-users across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex Workflow Design: Design and iterate end-to-end interaction and visual design solutions for complex, multi-step enterprise and product workflows.
- Requirements Translation: Translate defined business requirements and user needs into scalable, reusable, and intuitive product solutions.
- Rapid Prototyping: Build lightweight interactive prototypes to communicate concepts, demonstrate motion/state transitions, and validate interaction flows with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Engineering Partnership & Handoff: Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers throughout implementation, producing clean, developer-ready specifications, redlines, edge cases, and comprehensive error states.
- Distributed Async Collaboration: Work independently and communicate design rationales clearly across distributed global teams spanning multiple regional time zones.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience Level: Approximately 3-5 years of professional product UX (User Experience) design experience.
- Portfolio Requirement: A mandatory portfolio submission demonstrating shipped, engineering-implemented digital product work with end-to-end ownership (moving beyond concept art, graphic design, or static wireframes into full interaction and visual systems).
- Craft & Execution: Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals, showing clear problem-solving context, rationale, and consideration of edge cases, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Tooling Mastery: High proficiency in Figma, specifically in generating production-ready design assets and component specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of direct collaboration with product management and engineering teams through to production release.
- AWS WorkSpace Requirement: This role requires the use of a client-provisioned AWS WorkSpace. Candidates must demonstrate good connectivity to an AWS WorkSpace region by completing the connectivity test athttps://clients.amazonworkspaces.com/Health. Please note: You will be required to submit a screenshot of these results as supporting evidence with your application.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Platform & Configuration Experiences: Background designing platform products, administrative dashboards, internal tools, or complex settings/configuration interfaces.
- Design Systems: Experience consuming, maintaining, or extending established corporate design systems and component libraries.
- Data Collection & Workflows: Prior experience designing forms, multi-step questionnaires, applicant screening tools, or structured survey flows.
- Multi-Sided / Multi-Tenant Products: Experience with white-label, multi-brand, configurable products, or dual-persona platforms (serving both enterprise administrators/employers and consumers/end users).
- Emerging Tools: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
Time Zone & Collaboration
The role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in Australia. The ability to work asynchronously and collaborate across distributed time zones-including the United States, Tokyo (JST - Japan Standard Time), and Hyderabad (IST - India Standard Time)-is essential.
Language All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English.
