Talent Acquisition Internship

NOTE: We are looking for European students seeking a 6-month full-time internship in Australia as part of their university requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Liaise daily with students and professionals seeking qualified work opportunities in Australia
• Support the team in writing compelling job descriptions
• Source candidates against client requirements and manage the first round of interviews using our recruitment methodology
• Promote our job and internship offers, and identify new channels to attract candidates
• Contribute to Australiance's marketing and communications, including visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates
• Support internal process improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements

About You

• Currently studying business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Can-do attitude , comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Genuinely curious about the startup and innovation ecosystem
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
