Strategic Technology Leadership:

• IT Strategy and Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a forward-looking Corporate IT strategy that anticipates business needs and aligns directly with organizational goals.
• Innovation and Future Vision: Stay on the cutting edge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency. Make effective use of emerging AI technologies to create rapid growth for a seamless IT support system.
• Vendor Partnership: Transform vendor relationships into strategic partnerships, ensuring services not only meet but exceed our organizational needs and defined contractual obligations.
• Leadership Representation: Publish IT metrics and represent the IT function in leadership and related IT committees.

• Team Building and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and relentless improvement.

Secure and Resilient Infrastructure:

• Network Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of network services.
• Enterprise Security and IAM: Champion our security posture by developing and managing robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, implementing/managing security controls, and driving 100% compliance to security/regulatory requirements. Lead regular user access reviews to ensure permissions are appropriate and based on the principle of least privilege.
• Proactive Compliance: Ensure continuous compliance with RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI regulations and relevant regulations and standards (e. g., ISO 27001:2022, ITIL) and through proactive audits and the development of clear IT policies and procedures.
• Risk and Vulnerability Management: Drive the enforcement of IT security policies and ensure regular patch management and updates to protect against vulnerabilities.

Operational Excellence and Business Enablement:

• Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery, ensuring they are not just efficient but also consistently enhance user satisfaction. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) proactively to address performance issues.
• Project and Change Management: Provide strategic oversight for all IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, with a clear focus on business outcomes.
• Incident and Recovery: Lead and champion incident response efforts for security breaches or system failures, and develop a robust disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime.
• Builder Mindset: Foster a builder mindset by providing hands-on technical support to users, solving complex IT problems, and creating a path for measurable business objectives.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: 12-15+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on access management, compliance, and network management.
• Strategic Acumen: Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership to align IT with organizational goals.
• Broking Infrastructure: Experience with setting up and managing server-side and user-side broking infrastructure (covering trading systems, BCP/DR setup, branch network, dealer terminals, and exchange connectivity).
• IT Security: Understanding of the IT security requirements emanating from RBI/SEBI/IRDAISEBI and RBI, especially related to broking and Internet-based trading.
• Framework Focus: A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management processes, and IT/security governance frameworks (e. g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).
• Leadership: A proven track record of building and managing successful teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
