We are currently looking for a skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, supporting and continuously improving Microsoft 365 services, ensuring reliable operations and delivering excellent user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Working as INDEAVR Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer you will excel at:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and user issues across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Manage users, groups, mailboxes, licenses and permissions within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Perform platform administration, configuration changes and operational maintenance activities
• Support Microsoft Teams collaboration, Exchange mail flow, SharePoint sites and OneDrive storage
• Work with ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, changes and problem records
• Work closely with offshore and international teams to support global Microsoft 365 operations
• Participate in major incident resolution and technical escalations
• Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate or other Microsoft technologies
• Contribute to operational documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and operational best practices
• Participate in service transition, continuous improvement and customer-facing technical discussions

What we look for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong working knowledge of several of the following technologies:
  • Exchange Online
  • Intune
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center
• Understanding of licensing and identity management
• Understanding of Conditional Access, MFA and RBAC
• Experience working with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
• Experience working in an enterprise support environment
