Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and key metrics.
• Translate data findings into compelling narratives and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, define success metrics, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, and root-cause investigations to uncover growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL, including Window Functions, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), query optimization, and complex data transformations.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one dashboarding tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (GSheets), including advanced formulas, data validation, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build impactful stories from data and present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Familiarity with data modeling, KPI development, and business performance measurement.
• Experience collaborating with product, operations, marketing, or business teams to drive measurable outcomes.
