Admin Procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, administration, or a related role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of basic procurement and purchasing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage procurement documents, purchase orders (PO), invoices, quotations, and vendor records accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to coordinate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and other stakeholders.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills are an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of procurement systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
