Experiencia avanzada en desarrollo con Python, buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software y automatización. Dominio de PySpark y SQL avanzado, con foco en optimización y rendimiento. Experiencia en proyectos de Ingeniería de Datos sobre Azure y Databricks. Capacidad para entender y promover la automatización del ciclo de vida completo de Ingeniería de Datos (Plan, Code, Build, Test, Release, Deploy, Operate y Monitor). Experiencia en integraciones entre entornos Azure y Databricks. Experiencia en Kafka y Databricks Streaming. Experiencia en ingesta de datos en Streaming y mejores prácticas para este tipo de ingesta. Participación en equipos ágiles, comunicación efectiva, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
