🔹 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales retos? Liderar la adopción de prácticas DevOps y DevSecOps, impulsando la automatización y el cambio cultural. Diseñar e implementar estrategias de CI/CD para optimizar la construcción y el despliegue de aplicaciones. Administrar y gestionar GitHub Enterprise Cloud, incluyendo repositorios, permisos y políticas. Incorporar herramientas de IA generativa, GitHub Copilot y agentes inteligentes para potenciar la automatización. Integrar pruebas unitarias, de integración y análisis estático en los pipelines de CI. Gestionar actividades de aprovisionamiento, monitoreo y métricas DevOps. Coordinar con el cliente los aspectos operativos y las iniciativas de mejora continua.
🔹 ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Profesional de Ingeniería de Software, Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines. Más de 8 años de experiencia en tecnología. Más de 5 años de experiencia implementando prácticas DevOps, incluyendo CI/CD y AppSec. Más de 3 años de experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles. Experiencia con GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Reusable Workflows y Composite Actions. Experiencia en GitHub Enterprise Cloud: repositorios, permisos y políticas. Experiencia en IA generativa, GitHub Copilot, agentes de IA, LLMs, arquitecturas RAG e integración mediante MCP. Experiencia en plataformas cloud como Azure y AWS. Conocimiento de cultura DevOps y métricas de desempeño.
