Buscamos un/a Platform Engineer Backstage para diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar nuestra Internal Developer Platform (IDP), ayudando a que los equipos de desarrollo trabajen de forma más ágil, estandarizada y con capacidades de autoservicio. ¿Qué harás? Diseñar y desarrollar plugins personalizados en Backstage (Frontend y Backend) utilizando TypeScript, React y Node.js. Crear y mantener Software Templates / Arquetipos para estandarizar repositorios, pipelines y recursos de infraestructura. Gestionar el Software Catalog de Backstage, asegurando la calidad de sus metadatos. Integrar GitHub, GitHub Actions, APIs y Webhooks para automatizar flujos de CI/CD. Integrar Terraform, Terragrunt y Spacelift con Backstage para habilitar infraestructura como código bajo un modelo self-service. Diseñar dashboards y métricas de adopción de la plataforma, incluyendo DORA Metrics. Gestionar el despliegue y ciclo de vida de Backstage en ambientes de desarrollo, staging y producción. Participar en la definición de la arquitectura de la IDP, considerando autenticación, autorización y extensibilidad. ¿Qué buscamos? 3+ años de experiencia como Platform Engineer o en roles relacionados. Experiencia sólida con Backstage: plugins, templates y Software Catalog. TypeScript + React + Node.js. GitHub / GitHub Actions. Terraform + Terragrunt. Spacelift. Docker + Kubernetes. Experiencia en CI/CD, DevOps y Platform Engineering. Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías Agile / Scrum.
