Ready to grow your Mainframe development career in an international banking environment? We're looking for a COBOL Developer to join a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical Custody Services applications, contributing to the stability and evolution of key business systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance existing Mainframe applications.
- Perform technical analysis and propose appropriate solutions for business and technical requirements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Estimate effort and complexity for development and maintenance activities.
- Execute unit testing and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
- Support incident resolution and application maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with an international team focused on the stability and continuous improvement of critical services.
Your Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in Mainframe environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL (IBM Developer for z/OS) and the ability to work autonomously.
- Solid knowledge of DB2 and SQL.
- Experience with JCL.
- Knowledge of MQSeries is considered a plus.
- Experience with application maintenance, enhancements, and support activities.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and perform technical analysis.
- Experience with unit testing and validation of developments.
