ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the technical evolution, governance, and long-term success of a strategic ServiceNow platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-driven ServiceNow solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and evolve the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform governance and best practices.
• Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Design and implement complex workflows, Service Catalog items, platform automations, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage new ServiceNow capabilities and features.
• Assess the impact of platform upgrades on existing customizations and integrations.
• Oversee technical documentation and promote effective knowledge sharing across teams.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure seamless platform integration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reducing technical debt, optimizing processes, and increasing platform adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Technical Lead role or a similar leadership position.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, configuration, and platform governance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex workflows, Service Catalog solutions, automations, and integrations.
• Experience reviewing and validating technical designs, custom developments, and platform enhancements.
• Strong understanding of platform performance, scalability, security, and upgrade management.
• Experience collaborating with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and lifecycle management.
• Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) is considered a strong plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS or equivalent)
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of CMDB governance and data management practices
