Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- EMC Testing: Conduct EMC measurements and analysis for automotive Ethernet products
- Simulation: Perform signal integrity and power integrity simulations for high-speed PCBs and packages
- Modeling: Develop and maintain channel and device models (S-parameters, IBIS-AMI) for high-speed interfaces
- Correlation: Correlate simulations with measurements using VNA, TDR, and spectrum analyzers
- Sign-off: Review and drive SI/PI sign-off for internal high-speed PCB designs
- Design: Define PCB and package stack-ups, material selection, and design guidelines
- Collaboration: Partner with IC design teams to define EMC specifications for new products
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Experience: 1+ year of work experience in high-speed SI/PI and EMC-related fields
- Education: Major in high-speed SI/PI, EMC, or a related discipline
- Simulation: Experience with simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS
- Instrumentation: Familiarity with lab equipment including VNA, TDR, and high-speed oscilloscopes
- Design: Experience in high-speed digital system design, including PCB and package design
- Theory: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, and antenna theory
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Programming: Hands-on proficiency with Python and MATLAB for automation and data analysis

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $92,000 annually
Maximum of $118,000 annually
This rate is for a Masters level of education completed
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
This position is not currently eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
