Internship - IT Business Analyst (Human Resource)

Join the MyHR team to explore and develop innovative Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Working as part of a small team, you will investigate how AI agents, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow automation can enhance employee experience and streamline HR services. The internship will focus on transforming HR processes through emerging AI technologies, culminating in the delivery of working prototypes and demonstrations to business stakeholders.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• AI Research & Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging Agentic AI and AI Agent capabilities applicable to HR and employee service processes.
• Solution Design & Development: Design, build, and test AI-powered virtual agents and intelligent workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and enhanced employee experiences.
• Prototype Development: Develop proof-of-concepts and working prototypes that address real-world HR challenges.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solution designs.
• Findings Presentation: Present project findings, demonstrations, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• ServiceNow Platform Mastery: Learn and apply ServiceNow platform capabilities including AI, workflow automation, and employee experience modules.

• Enterprise AI Experience: Gain hands-on experience with Enterprise AI and Agentic AI technologies in a global HR environment.
• ServiceNow Proficiency: Develop practical skills in ServiceNow application design, development, and implementation.
• HR Process AI Application: Understand how AI can be applied to HR processes such as employee support, service delivery, and workflow automation.
• Business-to-Technical Translation: Learn how to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Enhance your skills in stakeholder engagement, solution presentation, and business communication.
• Innovation Lifecycle Exposure: Experience the full lifecycle of innovation projects, from ideation and prototyping through implementation and demonstration.
• AI Governance Awareness: Gain exposure to enterprise architecture, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• AI Interest & Exposure: Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Programming Knowledge: Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
• Learning Agility: Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, and business domains.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• HR & Digital Transformation Interest: Interest in HR Technology, employee experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Communication & Collaboration: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Preferred intake: Can commit to more than 5 months, Jan 27 - May/ June 27
