Internship - Marketing & Data Analytics

1. Assist in data analysis using internal and external sources (e.g. audience engagement metrics, content performance, and market trends) to derive insights that support platform and content strategy.
2. Track and interpret social media/ industry trends ( TikTok and/or emerging platforms) and competitors landscape, to identify opportunities for creative engagement with youth audiences.
3. Support dashboard maintenance and development, ensuring the team has access to accurate, up-to-date analytics and visual reports for performance tracking.
4. Support social listening efforts to monitor conversations around (and beyond) Mediacorp's digital brands, providing timely insights on audience sentiment and emerging topics.
5. Contribute proactive ideas and recommendations to improve content performance, digital engagement, and audience connection across platforms.
1. Keen interest in social media analytics and content trends, especially on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
2. Strong awareness of youth culture and digital trends, with the ability to translate observations into actionable insights.
3. Basic analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar dashboard platforms. Knowledge on PowerBI is a plus, but not mandatory.
4. Good communication and presentation skills to liaise with different stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work both independently and in cross-functional team settings.
(Successful applicants must commit to at least a three-month full-time internship during the stated period.)
