Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Leading the development of embedded memory compilers
- Interacting with concept engineers and internal customerson the definition of the compilers
- Collaborating with project managers on project setupandtracking
- Hands-on workand support on memory design, characterizationand verification
- Leading an expert teamexecuting the design, characterization and verification of the memories
- Collaborating with view generationand automation teams
- Contribute to improvement of development processesand tool flow
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in electrical engineering orcomputer science
- At least 5 years of professional experiencein transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
- Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
- Preferably full custom digitalor memory design experiencein technically leading a project team
- Excellent communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team setting
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
