Staff Supervisor, Production is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. This role leads production teams, optimizes the utilization of manpower and resources, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and productivity.

- Monitorproductionperformance andensureadherencetoproductionplans,qualitystandards,andoperationalrequirements.
- Managemanpower,equipment,andmaterialallocation tomaximizeproductivityandresourceutilization.
- Ensuresmoothshiftoperations byminimizingproductiondisruptionsandresolvingoperationalissuespromptly.
- Lead,coach,andmotivateproductionoperatorsandtechnicians toachieveperformanceandproductivitygoals.
- Conductdailyshiftbriefings tocommunicateproductionpriorities,safetyrequirements,andoperationalupdates.
- Monitoremployeeperformanceandsupportworkforcedevelopment throughregularfeedback,training,andskillenhancementprograms.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementinitiatives toimprovesafety,quality,deliveryperformance,operationalefficiency,andcosteffectiveness.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’sDegree inEngineering,Manufacturing,IndustrialTechnology,orarelateddiscipline.
- Minimum3-5yearsofexperience inamanufacturingorproductionenvironment,preferablywithsupervisoryorteamleadershipexperience.
- Strongknowledgeofmanufacturingoperations,productionplanning,andcontinuous/processimprovementmethodologies.
- Demonstratedleadership,communication,problem-solving,anddecision-makingskills.
- ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeapplications andproductionreportingsystems.
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinafast-pacedmanufacturingenvironment whilemanagingmultiplepriorities.
- Strongunderstandingofsafety,quality,andoperationalexcellencestandards.
- Provenabilitytoleadteams,optimizeresources,anddrivecontinuousimprovementinitiatives toachieveproductiontargets.
