As a Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Development in our Research &

Development team, you'll have the

opportunity to merge creativity with your

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Plan

  and execute unit process evaluations against targets for timeline, quality,

  cost, and production stability

• Characterize unit processes and their impact across the overall process chain

• Harmonize preassembly processes, materials, and equipment with proven, stable

  process flows

• Qualify new tooling, machines, and materials together with suppliers and

  Procurement

• Lead development sample builds, including lot disposition

• Lead multifunctional project teams (up to Class D) across the full project life

  cycle, through to handover to the sustaining function

• Solve complex problems using 8D, 5 Whys, and other IFX methodologies

• Drive innovation and share best practices.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's

  or Master's degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics,

  Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, or similar)

• Minimum

  8 years of experience in semiconductor process development

• Strong

  leadership, analytical, and communication skills
