What this role is all about:

For this role, we are looking for product designers who start without being asked and help shape the direction of the product. You talk to customers all the time, and you explore and test ideas quickly with prototypes. You use AI every day. You know when to go fast and rough and when to get the details right, and you choose the tool that fits. You work closely with engineers, product managers, analysts, and other roles. After launch, you check how the work performs and keep improving it.

What we are hiring for

We are hiring product designers for three areas: Email, Growth, and Internal Tools. Mid-level and senior designers are both welcome.

Email. Email at Infobip lets companies create and send email, receive replies, connect email to other systems, and use it with the rest of Infobip. Much of the product is technical, and many of the people you design for are developers, along with marketers and the teams that watch whether mail arrives. You design setup, address checks, deliverability, logs, and what to do when sending fails. You need to understand how the system actually works. Your work covers the whole Email business unit and the other units that use Email.

Growth. Growth is how a person finds Infobip and starts using it without a salesperson. They sign up, get something useful, stay, pay, and then use more of the platform. You also design what happens when they get stuck, and you talk to people who left. You keep trying more than one version of a flow and watch which one more people get through. Your work covers the platform and the paths people take on their own.

Internal Tools. These are tools for people who work at Infobip, not products we sell. Your users are here, so you can sit with them, build the tool with them, and see quickly if it helped. You ship a first version fast, then improve it with the people who use it, set it up, and keep it running. If a flow is slow or confusing, they lose time every day.

What you'll do

• Shape the experience of your area, not only the screens. Work closely with the other areas of the Infobip platform so it all feels like one product.
• Help decide what gets built. Run continuous discovery: talk to users, support, and partners, and use the product yourself. Bring the team ideas that will make a real difference.
• Explore more than one idea. Build quick prototypes to test them, keep what works, and drop what does not. This is also how you find the right problem.
• Use the right tool for the job. Prototype fast in code with AI to feel the journey, see if people can do their job quickly, and learn before the team is sure. Use Figma for visual craft: layout, type, the design system, and new UI. Once you know what to build, ship real frontend, including in the product.
• Co-create with product managers, engineers, and other roles, with no handoffs. Talk with engineers about how it will be built, not only how it looks. You do not need to design every screen yourself. When people who are not designers shape part of the experience, guide them with the design system and examples they can follow, and check the quality.
• Stay with the work before and after launch, until you can say it is good enough. Agree what success looks like before you build, and ship in small steps so people get value sooner. After launch, check with analysts whether it worked, listen to what people say, and choose the next step. Keep a long-term view of your area and the whole platform.
• Start without waiting for a brief. When you see something that should be better, from a whole flow to a small detail, act on it.
• Use AI every day to take over routine tasks, do better work, and get more done, faster. It can make a hundred versions. It cannot pick. Your judgment and taste decide which one is good enough, and you are responsible for what ships.

What makes you a strong fit

• Maker mindset. You like making things, not only planning them. You enjoy the hands-on work of turning an idea into something real that people can use.

• Expertise. You have real depth in flows, visual design, systems, writing, and accessibility, and you notice the details that matter. You know when more effort makes the product better, and when it does not.
• Technical know-how. You understand how the web and frontend technologies work, well enough to build with them using AI. Knowing how APIs work is a plus, not a requirement.
• Critical thinking. You make good calls with incomplete information. You can compare many options, including ones AI made, and choose well, based on what users do and what the numbers show.
• Follow-through. You have owned work all the way to launch, and quality did not wait for your manager. You did not hide behind process or titles. For a mid-level designer, that is usually a feature or a flow. For a senior designer, it is a whole product area.
• Humility. You ask for feedback and take it well. You challenge ideas, not people, and you change your mind when you learn something new.
• Simplicity. You explain your thinking in simple, direct words, and you do not hide a weak idea behind complicated language. You respect other people's time.
