As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a cross-functional regional team focused on delivering commercial growth and customer success outcomes. You will own the squad’s vision, targets, and execution strategy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Growth, Customer Success, and supporting functions. This is a highly operational and hands-on leadership role, focused on driving revenue, Gross Profit, customer acquisition, and account growth through strong coaching, prioritization, and execution discipline.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute short- and long-term squad strategies in collaboration with commercial and Go-To-Market leadership
• Drive achievement of financial KPIs, including Revenue, Gross Profit, customer growth, and product mix targets
• Lead sprint planning, daily coordination, and Agile execution across the squad
• Act as opportunity manager, ensuring strong sales cadence and pipeline discipline
• Remove blockers impacting squad performance and support complex customer escalations when needed
• Coach and support squad members through daily guidance, prioritization, and workload alignment
• Ensure accountability across the squad for target achievement and execution quality
• Collaborate closely with Chapter Leads on people development, performance management, and team support
• Manage pipeline health and support growth across assigned customer segments and verticals
• Act as the main interface between the squad and supporting functions such as Legal, Finance, and Operations
• Support customer meetings, strategic initiatives, segmentation activities, and operational squad needs

• Strong understanding of sales execution, pipeline management, and revenue ownership
• Ability to operate in fast-paced Agile environments with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on leadership style with strong coaching and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong commercial mindset with customer-centric approach
• Ability to prioritize, remove blockers, and drive execution under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, spoken and written
