What this role is all about

As a Senior Software Engineer in Infobip, you will work on Infobip’s documentation products that developers and partners use to understand and integrate with our platform. The team owns Docs (the main documentation platform), API Docs UI (for browsing and exploring API documentation), and partner documentation platforms, including localization coverage. You will build customer-facing experiences in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, and collaborate on platform capabilities behind the scenes, such as authentication/authorization for Docs and services that power discovery across Docs and API Docs. A key focus for this role is helping scale the solution so we can onboard 10-15 new partners who may require customized documentation while staying in sync with core changes.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain frontend features for Docs and API Docs UI using React, TypeScript, and Next.js

• Deliver documentation browsing and API exploration experiences, including Redoc-based API docs rendering

• Collaborate on a scalable model for partner documentation customization while keeping shared content synchronized

• Improve discovery across documentation surfaces, including search experiences that span multiple apps and sources

• Work with and integrate backend services that support the Docs ecosystem (authentication/authorization, platform resources, localization pipeline, survey/feedback service)

• Use AI tooling in your everyday work to accelerate delivery (e.g., code generation, refactoring support, debugging, and documentation) while maintaining code quality and security standards

• Collaborate with Tech Writers (who create and maintain documentation content) to ensure the platform supports efficient publishing and a consistent user experience

What makes you a strong fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering (mid-level profiles may be considered depending on overall match)

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript in production environments

• Experience with Next.js in real-world applications

• Ability to collaborate effectively on backend topics and API integration, willingness to work with a Java and Spring Boot backend

• Experience working on products where content discoverability and navigation, such as search across multiple surfaces, is a key user need

• Comfortable taking ownership end-to-end, from implementation through maintenance

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Experience working with API documentation tooling (e.g., Redoc) and/or OpenAPI specifications

• Exposure to localization workflows and tooling (e.g., SmartCat) or building systems that support localized experiences
