Job Overview
As an Analyst in Research Consulting you will play a crucial role in supporting research projects and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop data reports and contribute to the advancement of healthcare solutions.
This position is ahybrid role based inZagreb and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of research methodologies and research materials.
Manage vendors and project documentation.
Perform desk research and open-ended coding.
Assist indata analysis and provide support across qualitative and quantitative research projects.
Help develop reports and presentations based on research findings.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
Provide support in client proposals development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sociology, Life Sciences Business or Data Analytics.
1-2 years of experience in market research or consulting roles, with focus on creating client presentations, proposals and research reports.
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency indata analysis tools and software.
AdvancedExcel andPower Point.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Croatian.
