Accountant | Telematics

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team in Vilnius. Your main responsibilities will focus on international business travel expense accounting and Revolut banking transactions, including reviewing supporting documents, ensuring their correct accounting and tax treatment, and administering Revolut virtual cards. You will also work with customer receivables and factoring accounting.

Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

• Manage international business travel expense accounting, review supporting documents, and ensure the correct accounting and tax treatment of expenses;
• Manage Swedbank and Revolut banking transactions and administer Revolut virtual cards;
• Manage factoring accounting and related administration;
• Manage customer receivables and reconciliations and cooperate with sales teams and foreign offices;
• Prepare customer receivables reports for department and team managers;
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the manager.

What we expect of you:

• College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of practical accounting experience in a similar role;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations and the ability to apply them in practice;
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel;
• At least B1 level English, sufficient for day-to-day work-related communication;
• Experience working with the accounting software Rivilė (an advantage).
• Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to independently resolve issues and prioritize tasks;
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively as part of a team.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~2315 Eur - 2645 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
