Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to support Data & Risk initiatives, focusing on product analysis, data quality, data validation, and AI/ML model quality.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and an understanding of data classification and machine learning concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse product performance, data quality, and customer feedback.
Work with large datasets using SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Perform data validation, quality checks, and testing.
Label and classify merchant and transaction data.
Validate AI-generated outputs and identify data inconsistencies.
Analyse model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
Document findings and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or similar role.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with large datasets and data validation.
Knowledge of data labeling, classification, and annotation.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and model validation.
Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with merchant or transaction data.
Knowledge of machine learning model evaluation metrics.
Exposure to Google Vertex AI or similar platforms.
Experience with AI/ML or data-driven products.
