Über die Position

Bei uns erwartet Sie ein modern eingerichtetes Büro. Da unsere Teams überwiegend im Home Office tätig sind, gibt es nur eine geringe Präsenz vor Ort und die Kommunikation erfolgt in erster Linie auf digitalem Weg. Die Assistenz Büroorganisation ist der verlässliche Ankerpunkt vor Ort und unterstützt die effiziente Organisation und Verwaltung des Büroalltags.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für Post, Paketdienste, Handwerker, Wartungsfirmen, Mitarbeiterinnern und Mitarbeiter etc.
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Verwaltung und Pflege relevanter Dokumente und Checklisten im Bereich Eintritt und Austritt von Mitarbeitern
  • Verwaltung und selbständige Bestellung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Funktionsfähigkeit der Büro- und Gemeinschaftsbereiche
  • Mithilfe bei der Planung und Organisation von Meetings sowie internen Aktivitäten

Ihr Profil

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, zuverlässiges und proaktives Auftreten
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Assistenz Büroorganisation / Administration sind von Vorteil
