A well-established professional accounting firm in Bloemfontein is seeking a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) or AGA(SA) to join its team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage professional accounting assignments and a portfolio of clients.
* Prepare annual financial statements and management accounts.
* Assist clients with accounting, taxation and compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate accounting records and meet statutory deadlines.
* Build strong professional relationships with clients and resolve queries.
* Review work and support the professional development of junior team members.
* Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant completed accounting qualification.
* Completed SAIPA or SAICA training contract/articles.
* Qualified Professional Accountant (SA) or AGA(SA).
* Relevant accounting firm or professional practice experience.
* Strong Afrikaans and English communication skills.
* Good Microsoft Office and accounting software knowledge.
* Accurate, professional and deadline-driven.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Residing in or willing to work in Bloemfontein.
